When people want to run for the first time, train for a particular event or improve a particular race time they often turn to the internet or some popular book for one of the many generic training plans. While the investment in these generic plans may be minimal (if not free), the success is often minimal as well.

The No Finish Line Fitness training plans are crafted based on each individual's history, current fitness, personal circumstances, running level and goals. While we design training plans for an array of people, from newbies to competitive marathoners our philosphy remains the same. We create a time based training with the "end in mind." While a beginner and a competitive runner may appear to have vastly different goals that require different approaches, we maintain a single philosophy that insures a healthy structured and strong runner (physically and mentally).

NFLF training plans incorporate all the factors that gives the runners the greatest opportunity for success and then we utilize our online training log to help insure continue personal guidance. Ultimately following a philosophy of creating training plans that develop strong runners has been rewarded by seeing personal records (PRs), having runners cross the finish line of their first 5K and then later running even greater distances. The real reward we see with those that utilize are personal training plans and interactive log is the great enjoyment they achieve with their running.
